I design spaces — and make them real as images long before the first stone is laid.

I'm Nermeen Abuelsamen, an architect based in Amman with over five years of professional and freelance experience across religious, residential and commercial work. I take projects from concept through execution — from measured drawings to advanced 3D and BIM visualization.

The Process Concept → completion

From the first brief to the final, photoreal frame.

01 — Concept

Listen to the brief

Every project starts with the program, the site and the client's intent — translated into a clear architectural idea.

02 — Design

Resolve it properly

Plans, sections and details developed in Revit and AutoCAD and coordinated as BIM, so the design holds from layout to construction.

03 — Visualize

See it before it's built

Photoreal 3D visualisations in 3ds Max with V-Ray and Corona, so clients and authorities can approve with confidence.

04 — Deliver

Concept to completion

Support across every phase — from first concept through documentation and execution, on schedule and to standard.

About Architect · Amman, Jordan
Portrait of architect Nermeen Abuelsamen.

An architect who designs
— and renders — her own work.

I'm Nermeen Abuelsamen, an architect based in Amman, Jordan, with over five years of professional and freelance experience. I design religious, residential and commercial projects and bring them to life through advanced 3D and BIM visualization.

My work spans concept through execution, with international clients including Qatar's Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and engineering offices across Oman, Palestine and the United States. I care most about quality, accuracy, and turning an idea into something you can see before it exists.
