Fashion Design School
A three-storey fashion school uniting studios, workshops and a double-height runway hall under one roof.
This academic project proposes a dedicated fashion design school that brings the entire creative process — learning, making and showcasing — together under one roof. The building is organised on an L-shaped plan across three levels, balancing focused studio and workshop environments with generous public and presentation spaces.
The concept is built around the journey of a garment — from concept and pattern-making in the studios, through production in the workshops, to documentation in the photography studio and finally presentation on the runway. A light, neutral palette accented with soft green keeps the focus on the work.
Its centrepiece is a double-height runway hall with tiered seating, theatrical lighting and a sculptural draped-fabric ceiling that gives the school a distinctive identity and a stage for student work.
