This project presents a contemporary Mediterranean villa that blends timeless architectural character with modern residential living. The design emphasises elegance, simplicity and functionality through a balanced composition of clean geometric volumes, arched openings, spacious terraces and expansive glazing.
Inspired by Mediterranean architecture common throughout the region, the design reinterprets traditional elements in a contemporary manner. White stucco walls, terracotta roof tiles, black metal railings and arched openings establish a refined language that feels both familiar and modern, while large windows draw daylight into the interior.
The façade was developed to create depth and visual interest through the interplay of light, shadow and layered architectural elements — conveying a sense of luxury through proportion, materiality and detail.
